A Welcome From Our Head of School

Welcome to Heritage Christian Academy. Heritage is located in Lexington, South Carolina, just minutes from the capital city of Columbia. Heritage is a distinctively Christian school offering an accelerated classical curriculum to students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Founded in 1996, Heritage has been educating students in the Midlands for thirty years.

You will see firsthand that Heritage is deeply rooted in the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, and that all subjects are taught through a biblical worldview. We not only want our students to grow academically during their time at HCA, but also spiritually. This is accomplished through our teachers’ aspiration to build Christian character through meaningful time in God’s Word and open conversation throughout each day.
